On March 1st, global semiconductor solution provider Reza Electronics announced the launch of a new breakthrough cloud based online IoT system design platform, Quick Connect Studio, to help users build hardware and software in a graphical manner, quickly validate prototypes and accelerate product development.

The current software development process is very cumbersome - engineers need to study and define projects, collect equipment information and requirements, lay out hardware, develop software, and test and iterate until the product is ready for release to the market. This process is usually carried out in sequence, and each step requires a significant amount of time. For the development of new products, the development of the software part is the most consumed stage, and whether the development process is smooth becomes a key factor determining the success or failure of the entire system.

With Reza's pioneering Quick Connect Studio, engineers can now start both hardware and software development simultaneously. This mode is a fundamental change in the industry, enabling designers to immediately build software, and quickly reconfigure and test product ideas. As engineers can validate the design before investing in hardware layout, it significantly saves time and reduces risk.

Quick Connect Studio enables engineers to graphically drag and drop devices and subsystem blocks in the cloud to build their solutions. After placing each module, users can automatically generate, compile, and build software, which is a significant shift towards a codeless development paradigm, making building mass-produced software as easy as building blocks. Through Quick Connect Studio, users can quickly establish a complete solution in the cloud and deploy it to hardware within 10 minutes. The learning or investment required in the early stages is very small - cloud computing capabilities provide fast compilation capabilities, modern GUIs reduce learning time, while promoting project reuse.

Reza Quick Connect Studio is built on the basis of Quick Connect IoT, which supports PMOD ™、 Standardized hardware platforms with industry-recognized interfaces such as Arduino and MIKROE. Through standard connectors, engineers can seamlessly mix and match MCU, MPU, sensors, and connecting boards. In the future, users can expand their solutions beyond the Reza product portfolio and reach different partners, such as major cloud providers, service integrators, and leading vendors in the open source community.

Engineers will benefit from a development model that graphically builds and connects to real hardware in the cloud, while easily programming and testing complete solutions. Quick Connect Studio will automatically generate system projects. These projects can be downloaded and imported into Reza e2 Studio as pre built binary or full source projects, allowing users to fully utilize Reza's entire toolchain.

Chris Allexandre, Senior Vice President and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of Renesa Electronics, said, "Renesa is investing heavily in promoting digital user experience. Quick Connect Studio showcases how Renesa can shorten engineers' development cycles, achieve rapid validation and testing of new ideas, and allow designers to use Renesa as their preferred platform for rapid innovation
